Shipping Info
At Ghost Rider Tees, every order is made after you place it. We are a Print on Demand store, which means your order has to be printed before it can be shipped. It does not jump out of a warehouse already packed and ready to ride.
Please read this page before ordering, especially if you need your order by a certain date.
Processing Time Before Shipping
Processing and printing your order can take 1 to 4 business days before it ships. The exact time depends on the time of year, order volume, and how busy our outside printer is.
During busy holidays and seasonal rushes, processing may take longer. This includes times around:
- Mother’s Day
- Father’s Day
- Halloween
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- New Year’s
- Other busy shopping seasons
If you are ordering for a holiday, birthday, anniversary, party, event, or any other special occasion, please order as early as possible. Waiting until the last minute and hoping the shipping gods are feeling generous is not a plan we recommend.
Standard Shipping
Most orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.
If you choose Standard Shipping, it normally takes about 2 to 4 business days to reach you after the order has been printed and shipped.
This shipping time starts after processing is complete. It does not include the 1 to 4 business days needed to print and prepare your order.
Express Shipping
If you choose Express Shipping, your order should move faster once it leaves the printer.
However, Express Shipping does not make the printing or processing time faster. It only affects the shipping speed after your order has been printed and handed off to the carrier.
In plain English: Express gets the package moving faster once it exists. It does not magically teleport your order to the front of the printer’s queue.
We Cannot Control The Shipper
Once your order leaves the printer, we have no control over how fast the shipping carrier delivers it.
We are at the mercy of USPS or any other shipping carrier used, just like you are. We wish we had a secret button that made packages arrive faster, but sadly, we do not.
We do not guarantee delivery dates. Any estimated delivery time is only an estimate, not a promise.
Ordering For A Special Occasion
If you are ordering for a birthday, anniversary, holiday, vacation, rally, event, or gift, please order in advance.
We cannot guarantee that an order will arrive by a specific date. Processing delays, carrier delays, bad weather, holiday volume, and other shipping issues can happen.
Order early so you do not end up disappointed, angry, and staring at the mailbox like it personally betrayed you.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.
We do not ship overseas at this time.
This policy is in place because of the high amount of fraud that can come from overseas orders, along with the extremely high cost of international shipping. As a small business, we cannot afford to lose the product cost, shipping cost, processing fees, and chargeback fees on fraudulent international orders.
We are sorry for this policy, but it is necessary for us to stay in business.
Billing Address And Shipping Address Policy
To help reduce fraud, we only ship to the billing address that is on file with your bank or credit card issuer.
We understand this can be inconvenient if you want to send a gift directly to someone else. We truly do. Nobody wants to make it harder to send Aunt Mary a shirt with attitude.
Unfortunately, fraud has made this policy necessary.
Why We Have This Policy
Here is what can happen with fraudulent orders:
- A fraudster uses a stolen credit card number.
- They enter the correct billing address for the real credit card owner.
- They have the order shipped to a different address.
- The real credit card owner disputes the charge.
- The customer gets refunded by the credit card company.
- The printer keeps the money because they did their job and printed the order.
- The shipping carrier keeps the money because they shipped the package.
- The crook gets the merchandise.
- We lose the product cost, shipping cost, payment processing fees, and often a large chargeback fee on top of it.
In that situation, everyone else walks away fine except us. We did not steal the card. We did not commit the fraud. We did not do anything wrong, but as the merchant, we are the one left holding the empty bag.
That is why we have to be strict about where we ship.
Fraud Hurts Everyone
Fraud does not just hurt small businesses. It affects honest customers too.
Fraud losses can lead to higher prices, stricter policies, fewer shipping options, and frustrating rules that nobody enjoys. We hate having to explain this, but we would rather be honest about why the policy exists than pretend we made it up just to annoy people.
We hope you understand the reason, even if you do not love the rule any more than we do.
Please Review Your Order Carefully
Before placing your order, please make sure your billing information, shipping information, size, color, design, and product choice are correct.
Once your order is placed, it goes into production with our outside printer. Processing begins quickly, and changes may not be possible.
Please check everything before hitting that order button. Once the ghost leaves the garage, it is on the road.
