Return Policy
At Ghost Rider Tees, every order is made just for you. We are a Print on Demand store, which means your item does not exist until you place your order.
No dusty warehouse. No piles of unsold shirts. No sad stack of “why did we make 47 of these in size small?” sitting in the corner.
Because of that, we do not offer refunds, returns, or size exchanges unless there is an actual problem with the order that was caused by us or our printer.
No Refunds or Size Exchanges
We do not accept returns or issue refunds because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, picked the wrong color, or decided the design was too spicy after it arrived.
We also do not offer size exchanges.
Every product page includes a size chart. Please use it before ordering. Measure a shirt you already own and compare it to the size chart if you are unsure. Guessing your size and hoping for the best is between you and your tape measure.
If we send you the size you ordered and it does not fit, that is not considered an error on our part, and we cannot accept it back or refund your order.
When We Will Make It Right
We will absolutely take care of you if there is a real mistake with your order.
Examples include:
- You ordered one size and received a different size.
- You ordered one color and received a different color.
- You ordered one design and received a different design.
- You ordered one product and received a completely different product.
- Your item arrived damaged.
That kind of stuff is on us or our printer, and we will work to make it right.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible.
Please take clear photos of:
- The damaged product.
- The damaged packaging, if the packaging is also damaged.
These photos are required because the shipping carrier or printer may need proof of the damage before the issue can be handled. No photos means we may not be able to move forward with a replacement.
We know that is annoying, but sadly “trust me, it was wrecked” does not usually work with shipping claims.

We will respond as soon as possible.
It is much easier to answer questions before you order than to deal with disappointment after your order has already gone into production.
No Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations.
Once your order is placed, it goes straight to our outside printer. Your order enters a production queue with everyone else’s orders, and they cannot stop the whole process to dig your item out because you had second thoughts.
Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Why This Policy Exists
These policies help us keep prices as reasonable as possible and avoid wasting products that cannot be resold.
Since each item is made only after you order it, we do not have to overproduce designs, guess sizes, or send unsold products to a landfill. That is better for us, better for prices, and better for the planet.
A little responsibility at checkout saves everyone a headache later.

When you complete your purchase, you agree to this Return Policy and our Terms and Conditions. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you are digitally confirming that you have read and accepted these policies.
We want you to be happy with your order. We also want everyone to order the correct size, color, design, and product the first time.
Please check your details before you hit that order button. Once it goes to production, the ghost has left the garage.
